How It's Going #1
After my last post, I have left myself to my own devices and not enforced any structure onto my day-to-day routine. I think for the first couple of weeks off from my working life in a long time is a fine thing and while my professional goals have slipped from my focus, I have managed to get myself into a decent exercise routine. I am currently running three times a week with a goal to completing a couch to 5K program as well as cycling three times a week preparing for the Dirty Boar which I am doing in September.
Inevitably I may have to begin planning my days a bit more thoroughly to ensure that I do not waste my time and continue to move forward with my goals. In the meantime I am quite happy that I have managed to complete the majority of my blog post for Ghost setup which I will post soon as well as purchasing a lot of Udemy courses which I plan to work through (probably allotting x hours per day/week to work through them).
I am buoyed by my progress with fitness goals, especially during probably the hottest few weeks the UK has ever seen. Hopefully I can continue with those goals and begin to work on my professional goals over the next week.
